Future of Sheetheads and Pawnbots

i’m making this thread for people who want to discuss a potential end of life scenario with HIFI and what that means for their NFT collections sheet heads and pawnbots.

I havent quite worked through all the scenarios of what i personally think is the best way forward for sheetheads and with the latest message from hollywood that hes stepping away from pawnbots HIP 16 - Baseline Plan for Hifi DAO - #2 by Hollywood41 - though

For Pawnbots, i’ve discussed some here with @Hollywood41 Resurrection of Pawn Bots NFT Project on some ideas on potential things we could do to ensure the collection remains on NFT exchanges.

Again, I volunteered myself to take over Sheetheads only in a end-of-life scenario for HIFI though i know @HarambeNeverForget had mentioned some interest in the past or being co-heads of sheetheads. But if there are others who want to, feel free to speak up. I want to be a steward of last resort.

ok now lets get into the good stuff

I’ve had some crazy ideas and shared them here Pawn Bots 2.0 - lets do something creative, my early thoughts on SH is that the self marketing meme’s were pretty good. The newscaster format ones, the timely ones like this https://x.com/Sheet_Heads/status/1909255310448926948 and thanks to @Alex, we have a repository of already created memes as a starting point here Sheet Heads and speaking of Alex, he’s done a great thing with the sheethead website and handling the twitter and giveaways and all that. The SH culture thats been built is mostly him.

We would make a strong effort with community marketing on twitter via tweets, that we would talk about SheetHeads and their token, $SHEETp and how you can burn them to get a new sheethead.

I feel I need to say this: The giveaways will NOT continue.

Again this is all very early rambling thoughts of mine.

Is there really any point in any of this? I dont see any benefit anyone in the community to continue messing with their failures.

We won’t go into great detail but the community needs not forget how they all got fucked hard by Doug and his team. Not once, not twice but 4 or more times.

*All the MFT / HIFI we purchased.
*All the pawnbots we purchesed. Then all of the money spent modifying the Pawn bots.
*Only for them to abandon Pawnbots because they broke copyright rules or laws.
*Then the Pawnbots were exchanged for the totally worthless Sheetheads. Making all pawnbot investments worthless overnight.
*Then they promised the Horsemen Sheetheads would give the holders early access or their horseracing BS. So we bought the Horsemen and held onto them and now they are totally worthless as they abandon crown ribbon and everything else.
All completely worthless.

So the real question for everyone is why would we continue supporting their colossal failures when we got virtually nothing but secrecy and empty promises over the last 4-5 years?
While Pawnbots was pretty cool while it lasted. In the end, we all got screwed and lost 100% of all our investments in HIFI, PawnBots and Sheetheads with this team.
As far as I have seen, we have not even gotten an apology. I can not find a single, “Sorry” or any apology anywhere meaning they don’t care that they cost everyone, everything they invested. So why should we care about their failure of a project or try to revive it?

I understand your concerns, but you may want to look at it this way @PSUolive

If the team did such a poor job, perhaps the community can make sheetheads re-earn their ETH value. They have a very deep liquidity pool in which anybody can permissionlessly enter and exit their position at any time even if sheetheads were to be delisted from all NFT exchanges.

Give me your constructive ideas and where you believe sheetheads failed and we can hopefully work together to fix it.
